JUNIOR SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Vertex company is looking for a professional and experienced Junior Supply Chain Management Specialist to join its team.

Responsibilities:

• Execute procurement of products and services supporting company operations in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Make purchasing decisions within budget, adhering to the principles of best price, quality, and delivery
• Review Material/Service requests, confirm their accuracy, and communicate with the requester
• Manage the RFP (Request for Proposal) process, coordinate clarifications with suppliers, and participate in commercial negotiations
• Ensure the placement, management, and tracking of urgent deliveries of Purchase Orders (POs)
• Resolve technical and commercial issues with suppliers, execute contracts
• Support the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports related to PSCM
• Maintain records of partially delivered goods and proactively resolve issues
• Adhere to company and PSCM procedures and policies, perform additional PSCM duties
• Provide support in business development and projects, offering analytical data and support to the team and management
• Execute other administrative, office, and support tasks of the office manager based on management instructions

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Female candidates with at least 6 months – 1 year of work experience in the relevant field
• Work experience in foreign procurement and production is an advantage
• Fluent Azerbaijani and English language skills, Russian language knowledge is an advantage

• Work schedule: 5 days a week
