B2B Sales Specialist

Working conditions:

• Workplace: Baku
• Salary: 1300-1500 AZN (fixed) + sales bonuses (earning potential of 2000 AZN per month and above)

Job responsibilities:

• Attracting corporate clients and conducting B2B sales;
• Forming a new client base and developing relationships with existing clients;
• Conducting client meetings and commercial negotiations;
• Meeting sales targets and preparing performance reports.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales;
• Preference will be given to candidates with sales experience in the construction and renovation sector;
• Possession of a personal car and a category B driver's license is mandatory;
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
• Active sales and client acquisition skills.
