Estimator

An experienced Estimator is sought for performing estimation and financial calculations for construction projects.

Working conditions

• Workplace: Baku
• Salary: Starting from 1700 AZN NET (based on experience)

Duties:

• Preparation of estimate documentation for construction and renovation projects;
• Calculation of work volumes based on projects and technical drawings;
• Evaluation of material and labor costs based on current market prices;
• Determination of preliminary and final project costs at the tender stage;
• Preparation of Form №2, Form №3, and relevant technical documentation;
• Verification of estimates and work volumes submitted by contractors;
• Comparison of actually completed works with project indicators;
• Calculation of estimate changes and cost optimization.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the construction sector;
• Practical experience in preparing project-estimate documentation;
• Skills in working with Form №2, Form №3, certificates of concealed works, and technical logs;
• Knowledge of construction materials and current market prices;
• Ability to read technical drawings and calculate work volumes;
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations;
• Skills in using AutoCAD and MS Office programs.
