Job conditions

• Salary: 1000-1500 AZN
• Work schedule: 5-day work week
• Work hours: 09:00-18:00
• Work location: Baku 

A Procurement Specialist with experience in IT and telecommunications is sought.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in procurement;
• Procurement experience in IT and telecommunications;
• Fluent communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English;
• Experience working with local and foreign suppliers;
• Conducting price negotiations and evaluating commercial offers;
• Proficiency in MS Office programs;
• Analytical thinking, responsibility, and organizational skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and procurement of IT products and equipment in local and foreign markets;
• Selection of suppliers, collection and comparison of price offers;
• Negotiating with suppliers and agreeing on commercial terms;
• Preparation of procurement documents and orders;
• Monitoring the execution of orders and the delivery process;
• Identifying alternative suppliers and conducting market research;
• Participation in the coordination of import and logistics processes;
• Optimization of procurement costs.
