INTERNAL CONTROL SPECIALIST

Xırman LLC is looking for a candidate for the position of Internal Control Specialist.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: 6-day
• Salary: 1 500 AZN + fuel expenses
• Address: Binəqədi yolu 100
• Lunch is provided by the company

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Implementing internal control procedures in the company's branches, warehouses, production, and other areas
• Monitoring the work of merchandisers operating in the territories and conducting inspections based on a "check-list"
• Regular reconciliation with sales networks and debtors, verifying the accuracy of settlements
• Checking the compliance of procurement, warehouse, logistics, fuel, material, and other operations with the company's approved rules
• Monitoring the proper use and safeguarding of material reserves, equipment, fuel, and other assets
• Participating in periodic inventories and counts, investigating identified discrepancies
• Identifying signs of potential fraud, embezzlement, and other irregularities and reporting them to management
• Preparing periodic reports on internal control activities

Requirements:

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, or Law
• 1–3 years of work experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Internal Control, Finance, or Accounting
• Experience in FMCG, sales, or production is an advantage
• Desired certifications in the field: ACCA, PMS, etc.
• Russian and English languages are desirable
• Knowledge of business process organization and structure
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of risk management, control mechanisms, and modern control structures
• Ability to work with 1C, Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and relevant accounting software
• Strategic thinking and long-term planning skills
• Ability to adapt the team and effectively manage changes when implementing new systems
• High skills in data analysis, reconciliation, and report preparation
• Skills for effective cooperation with various departments – sales, warehouse, accounting, etc.
