International Internship Program for Young Professionals (3 Months)

The Azerbaijan Diplomatic Center (ADC) announces a 3-month Internship Program for young graduates with the aim of professional development and integration into the international work environment.

This program is designed for candidates who are at the beginning of their careers, wish to develop professional skills, and gain work experience in line with international standards.

About the Program

The ADC Internship Program aims to provide participants not only with theoretical knowledge but also practical work experience, to develop professional communication skills, and to prepare them for the international work environment.

• Within the framework of the program, participants will:
• be involved in international training and development programs
• participate in practical work processes
• develop corporate communication and professional presentation skills
• become familiar with international event and project processes
• benefit from mentorship and theoretical development opportunities

Who can apply?

• Candidates who meet the following criteria can apply:
• Candidates who have recently completed their Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Individuals who have studied in management, business administration, international relations, communication, and related fields
• Candidates who want to start their career and have professional development goals
• Individuals fluent in Azerbaijani with strong public speaking skills
• Candidates with a strong voice, professional communication, and presentation skills
• Individuals who are open to learning, disciplined, and highly motivated
• Individuals who can work in a team and demonstrate professional ethical conduct

Ineligible candidates:

• The applications of the following individuals will not be considered:
• Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
• Individuals with full-time or active employment
• Individuals who are unable to participate for the full duration of the program
• Candidates unwilling to adapt to professional work discipline
• Individuals unable to fully participate in the training and practical development process

Financial terms: Total service fee for the 3-month program: 1500 AZN

(Note: This amount covers the full 3-month duration of the program.)
