Vacancy: Chief Business Development Manager

Company's field of activity: Construction and repair

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: 6-day working week;
• Working hours: 10:00–18:00;
• Salary: starting from 2000 AZN (depending on candidate's experience) + bonus system.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and ensure the implementation of the company's business development strategy;
• Increase sales volume, attract new clients and business partners;
• Negotiate with corporate clients, prepare commercial proposals and ensure the conclusion of contracts;
• Analyze the market and competitors to identify new business opportunities;
• Develop the existing client portfolio and ensure client satisfaction;
• Monitor the achievement of sales targets and provide regular reports to management;
• Propose new initiatives to strengthen the company's market position;
• Conduct meetings with clients on repair and construction projects, coordinate project planning and execution;
• Monitor the execution, quality, deadlines, and compliance with technical requirements of projects, coordinate work with contractors and suppliers;
• Ensure the prompt resolution of issues arising during project execution and report results to management.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education;
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in business development, sales or marketing;
• Experience in a managerial position in the construction or repair sector is an advantage;
• Successful experience in increasing sales and attracting new clients;
• Practical knowledge in managing construction and repair projects;
• Ability to conduct professional negotiations with corporate clients;
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills;
• Strong communication, presentation, management, and leadership skills;
• Language skills: Azerbaijani – fluent, Russian – fluent (mandatory), English – preferred;
• Ability to work proficiently with MS Office programs.
