Procurement specialist

• Workplace: Baku
• Salary: 2000 AZN +
• Work schedule: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00

Candidate requirements :

• Higher education in finance or a related field;
  
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the construction industry;
  
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  
• Teamwork and communication skills.

Job responsibilities:

• Accept procurement requests and verify data completeness;
• Prevent repeat purchases by considering warehouse balances and unfulfilled orders;
• Research suppliers and obtain commercial proposals;
• Compare offers based on quality, technical compliance, price, delivery time, payment terms, warranty, and overall costs;
• Maintain a register of suppliers and monitor their status;
• Prepare and submit procurement orders, contracts, and specifications for approval;
• Obtain order confirmations and monitor suppliers' fulfillment of obligations;
• Coordinate the delivery process with the warehouse, logistics, and procurement initiator;
• Together with quality and technical departments, define necessary control measures;
• Timely inform management about problems that may affect the company's activities and obligations to customers;
• Ensure completeness and proper storage of procurement documents.
