SMM Specialist

Rəmzioğlu Paxlava LLC is looking for an SMM specialist with experience in managing social media accounts, creating creative content, and photo/video production.

Job details:

• Salary: starting from 600 AZN
• Work schedule: 6 days a week
• Working hours: 09:00-17:00
• Work location: Baku, Ahmadli metro station, 55 Mahammad Hadi street
• Official employment contract according to AR legislation

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education;
• 1-3 years of work experience;
• Given the nature of the work, preference is given to female candidates aged 22-35;
• Creative thinking and ability to generate different ideas;
• Skills in photo and video shooting, creating Reels and Stories;
• Ability to follow social media trends and adapt them to the brand;
• High attention to visual quality, spelling, and proper product presentation;
• Responsibility, initiative, and ability to complete tasks on time;
• Ability to perform tasks thoughtfully, analyze results, and offer suggestions for improvement;
• Desire to work in a team and implement new ideas.

Job responsibilities:

• Managing social media accounts and preparing a content plan;
• Developing creative ideas for attractive presentation of baklava and other sweets;
• Shooting and preparing content in photo, video, Reels, and Stories formats;
• Monitoring visual presentation of products, accuracy of texts, and quality of posts;
• Tracking trending formats and applying ideas suitable for the brand;
• Preparing social media posts, writing texts, and timely publishing;
• Monitoring user comments and messages, ensuring communication with the audience;
• Analyzing the results of posts and providing new suggestions for content development.
