TRANSPORT COORDINATOR

VACANCY | TRANSPORT COORDINATOR 
The water company "Seylab" is looking for a male candidate for the position of Transport Coordinator to coordinate the delivery process to addresses.
Working conditions:

•  Salary: 1500 AZN

•  Age limit: 30–45

•  Work schedule: 6-day work week

•  Working hours: 08:30–19:00

•  Day off: Sunday

•  Address: Binagadi district, Ibrahim Pasha Dadashov 68B (near Azadlig metro station)

Job responsibilities:

•  Implement daily coordination of orders

•  Monitor the movement of vehicles via GPS

•  Monitor the attendance and performance of drivers and forwarders

•  Monitor fuel consumption and documentation process

•  Ensuring the allocation of vehicles according to daily orders and their registration in the internal system

•  Ensuring control over drivers' daily visual inspection of assigned vehicles

•  Ensuring control over drivers maintaining all company-owned vehicles clean and tidy

•  Ensuring compulsory civil liability insurance and voluntary (CASCO) insurance for all company vehicles and keeping them under control

•  Ensuring proper and efficient parking of each vehicle in the company's designated parking spaces

•  Ensuring timely enforcement and payment of fines related to company and public vehicles, and responding to all inquiries received from DYP/BNA by sending driver information electronically

•  Ensuring the connection and continuous monitoring of company-owned and commonly used vehicles to the “smsradar.az” and “portal.com.az” platforms

Candidate requirements:

•  Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in the relevant field

•  Coordination skills

•  Teamwork and staff management skills

•  Good knowledge of the city

•  Responsibility in relevant documentation work
