Barista 

A Barista is wanted for a newly opened coffee shop.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: Shift-based
• Workplace: Baku city, Narimanov district - close to the metro
• Salary: 600 AZN+

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Preparation of coffee and other beverages
• Correct acceptance and presentation of orders
• Providing polite and prompt service to customers
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and ready for service
• Controlling the correct use of products and ingredients
• Contributing to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Candidate requirements:

• Work experience as a Barista is an advantage
• Interest in coffee preparation and the coffee shop industry
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Service and customer satisfaction-oriented approach
• Being responsible, flexible, and neat
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work on a shift-based schedule
