Credit Specialist 

We are looking for responsible, adaptable candidates with a strong desire to work to join our pawnshop team.

Working conditions 

• Workplace: Baku city;
• Salary: 600 AZN fixed salary + bonuses;
• Monthly income: Up to 2000 AZN including bonuses;
• Work schedule: 6 days a week, 09:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00 (upon agreement)

Requirements

• Female candidates
• Age range: 25-40;
• Education: Secondary or higher;
• Work experience: Not required, training provided;
• High enthusiasm for work and responsible approach;
• Adaptable, active, and open to learning;
• Ability to communicate fluently and correctly with customers;
• Ability to work with MS Word and MS Excel;
• Neat and presentable appearance;
• Ability to work in a team.

Additional benefits

• Work experience is not required, on-the-job training is provided;
• No obligation to attract customers;
• No examination/test is held;
• Candidates are directly invited to a 3-day practical internship stage;
• Candidates who successfully complete the practical stage have the opportunity to be hired.
