- Food Engineer / Quality Control Specialist

- Microbiologist / Laboratory Technician

- Boner (master of separating meat from bone)

- Trimmer (worker who cleans meat from tendons and fat)

- Mince (dough) preparation operator

- Filling (syringe) operator

- Thermal processing operator (for cooking and smoking)

- Packaging and labeling workers

- Mechanic / Equipment Master

- Refrigeration Systems Engineer

- Warehouse Keeper (for raw materials and finished products)

- Sanitation and Hygiene Brigade Workers (washers)
