Store Manager (Yves Rocher)

Working conditions:

• Salary: 900 AZN + KPI;
• Work schedule: 6-day work week;
• Working hours: 10:00 – 18:00.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the daily operational activities of the stores;
• Ensuring the correct execution of store opening and closing processes;
• Supervising the receipt, placement, packaging, and inventory of products;
• Ensuring the cleanliness, tidiness, and compliance of store and warehouse areas with standards;
• Supervising the maintenance of window displays and merchandising standards;
• Ensuring the availability of promotional materials, loyalty cards, gift cards, and other sales materials in stores;
• Monitoring the timely opening and proper use of tester products;
• Monitoring products nearing their expiration date and preparing reports;
• Participating in stock-taking and audit processes, and submitting reports on the results;
• Investigating product balances and stock discrepancies and informing management;
• Preparing work schedules and managing them in coordination with the HR department;
• Supervising cash register operations and the correct application of employee discounts;
• Preparing monthly activity reports and submitting them to management;
• Participating in internal company meetings and corporate events.

Candidate requirements:

• Female candidates only;
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Store Manager or in a similar position in retail (experience in cosmetics or FMCG is an advantage);
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with numbers;
• Practical experience in stock, price, and sales management;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages.
