Vacancy: MEP Engineer

Working Conditions:

• Company: Faber Construction
• Salary: 2500–3000 AZN — to be determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and work experience;
• Workplace: Baku city, Narimanov district, Ziya Bunyadov Avenue, Chinar Park Business Center, Building 2, 3rd Floor, Room 309;

Job Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise the installation of all MEP systems—mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and fire protection systems—at construction sites and the quality of the work performed;
• Verify the compliance of MEP projects and drawings with architectural and structural designs, identify and coordinate potential clashes;
• Check the compliance of MEP works carried out by contractors and subcontractors with approved project documents, technical requirements, and state standards;
• Review the technical specifications (Data Sheet) of materials and equipment, assess their compliance, and supervise their correct application on-site;
• Participate in the Testing & Commissioning processes of MEP systems;
• Participate in the handover process of MEP systems;
• Identify technical non-conformities and problems arising on-site and ensure their prompt resolution;
• Monitor the compliance of the work performed with project requirements, construction norms, and regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Age: 30–50 years;
• Higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field;
• Extensive experience in the construction of internal and external engineering communication systems for large-scale residential complexes and premium buildings;
• High level of proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of engineering projects and drawings;
• In-depth knowledge of MEP equipment and modern installation technologies;
• Knowledge of relevant construction norms and regulations (SNiP);
• Ability for inter-project coordination and identification of technical discrepancies;
• Ability to promptly analyze and resolve technical challenges arising on-site;
• Effective collaboration with contractor and subcontractor teams;
• Efficient teamwork, responsibility, and result-orientation.
