Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (RUSSIAN SPEAKER)

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who can professionally communicate with clients and is fluent in Russian.

Working Conditions:

Salary: 650 AZN;
Working Schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00–18:00;
Rest Days: 2 days a week;
Work Location: Baku city, Zigh road.

Job Responsibilities:

Receiving and responding to customer inquiries;
Establishing communication with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels;
Directing customer complaints and monitoring their resolution;
Coordinating the handover and after-sales service processes for apartments;
Providing clients with information about projects and apartments;
Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

Fluent spoken and written Russian is mandatory;
Fluent Azerbaijani language proficiency;
Strong communication and customer-oriented approach;
Responsibility, attentiveness, and promptness;
Customer service experience is a plus;
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
