📌 Job conditions:

• Workplace: Baku city, Narimanov district, Ashiq Molla Juma 138;
• Work schedule: six days 09:00-18:00, Saturday 09:00-16:00;
• Salary: will be determined based on the candidate's knowledge and skills.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and oversee the execution of an overall marketing strategy that encompasses brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention;
• Lead all marketing activities, including digital campaigns, content strategy, brand positioning, and traditional marketing initiatives;
• Manage and support the internal marketing team and freelancers (e.g., digital marketing specialist, copywriter, etc.);
• Conduct quarterly market research to understand customer needs, brand image, and competitor positions;
• Closely collaborate with operational and academic teams to create conversion-focused campaigns and track their ROI results;
• Together with Sales and Analytics teams, conduct analysis, track marketing and sales metrics and targets, and report to management;
• Control the marketing budget and its efficient use.

📌 Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience;
• Experience working with or leading digital marketing specialists and creative teams;
• Digital tools (e.g., Ads Manager, Google Ads, GTM, email automation tools, etc.);
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate performance indicators into actionable steps;
• Experience in managing marketing budget and optimizing expenses.

📌 Preferred Qualities:

• Experience working in the education sector or with youth-oriented brands;
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages;
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles;
• Experience managing customer and market research projects.
