📌 Working conditions:

• Work schedule: 6-day working week;
• Workplace: Located in the city center;
• Salary: 2000 AZN +.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Overall management and coordination of construction and design processes;
• Supervision of the preparation and verification of project drawings and technical documentation;
• Ensuring project compliance with technical standards and regulations;
• Monitoring project execution during the construction process;
• Organization and management of project team work;
• Preparation and submission of reports to management;
• Coordination of technical issues with clients and partners;

📌 Candidate requirements:

• Higher education in civil engineering (mandatory in the field of design);
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the relevant field;
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software;
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.);
• Project management experience;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Responsible, accurate, and ability to work in a team;
• Age limit: 25–45;
