Key Requirements:

• Higher education
• 1–3 years of experience in customer relations
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stress resistance
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Fluent speech and strong communication skills

Main Responsibilities:

Inform clients about the company's products and services, process incoming inquiries, provide phone support to clients, manage the client database, and handle documentation.
