Sales Specialist

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for a Sales Representative who will contact corporate clients by phone, present the company's services, participate in attracting new clients, and manage the sales process.

Working conditions

• Workplace: Baku city
• Work schedule: 10:00–17:00
• Salary: 400 AZN

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential corporate clients by phone and present the company's services;
• Identify clients' staffing needs and inform them about suitable services;
• Conduct sales negotiations, follow up with potential clients, and monitor the sales process;
  
• Record client information in the CRM system and provide reports on work performed to management.

Candidate requirements

• Female candidate;
  
• Experience in corporate sales, phone sales, or customer service is an advantage;
  
• Fluent Azerbaijani language and strong communication skills;
• Presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills;
  
• Ability to professionally handle client objections;
  
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and computer skills;
  
• Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented.
