ESTIMATOR ENGINEER

A construction company is looking for an experienced Estimator Engineer.

 Salary: 2500–3000 AZN

 Work schedule: 09:00–18:00, 5-day work week

 Work location: Sabail district, Hajibabayev street, 4C

 Lunch is provided by the company

 Key requirements for the candidate:

•   Higher education — Civil Engineering
•  Minimum 5 years of work experience in the relevant field
•  Ability to work with legal and regulatory documents for the preparation of design and estimate documentation
•  Knowledge of estimate calculation rules, coefficients for construction, repair, and installation works
•  Knowledge of relevant legislative acts and standards
•  Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook programs
•  Ability to work professionally in AutoCAD software

 Main responsibilities:

Preparation of work volumes and estimates based on project drawings                                                                                                                                            Calculation of material and other expenses   

Analysis of planned and actual costs 

Preparation of BOM and BOQ documents

Preparation of Form-2 acts

Budget and work volume control, documentation of project changes.
