Communications Specialist

Job Conditions:

Job Responsibilities:

Professionally answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately;

Accurately and completely enter customer reservations into the system;

Provide table selections and reservation solutions according to customer needs;

Provide information about additional services and special offers via phone, and carry out upsell sales;

Promptly manage changes and cancellations of reservations;

Maintain high service standards aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

Secondary vocational or higher education (education in Tourism, Services, and Management is an advantage);

Having training and certifications in customer service and sales techniques is an advantage;

Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service, reservations, or taking phone orders;

Ability to work with MS Office programs;

Strong communication and presentation skills;

Promptness, responsibility, attention to detail, and stress resistance;

Sales-oriented mindset and focus on customer satisfaction.
