Communications Specialist
Job Conditions:

Job Responsibilities:
• Professionally answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately;
• Accurately and completely enter customer reservations into the system;
• Provide table selections and reservation solutions according to customer needs;
• Provide information about additional services and special offers via phone, and carry out upsell sales;
• Promptly manage changes and cancellations of reservations;
• Maintain high service standards aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
• Secondary vocational or higher education (education in Tourism, Services, and Management is an advantage);
• Having training and certifications in customer service and sales techniques is an advantage;
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service, reservations, or taking phone orders;
• Ability to work with MS Office programs;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Promptness, responsibility, attention to detail, and stress resistance;
• Sales-oriented mindset and focus on customer satisfaction.
