VACANCY | INSURANCE CONSULTANT

We invite candidates who wish to join our professional team, build a career in insurance, and develop their knowledge and skills in sales to apply for the position of Insurance Consultant.

Working conditions

• Workplace: Baku city
• Salary: To be determined based on the interview
• Education: Incomplete higher education
• Work experience: Up to 1 year
• Work schedule: 5 days a week (5/2)
• Monday – Thursday: 09:00-18:00
• Friday: 09:00-17:00
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and National Mourning Day.

Job responsibilities:

• Expand the existing customer base and attract new customers;
• Provide high-level service to customers;
• Renew insurance contracts with existing customers;
• Fulfill the established sales plan for insurance products;
• Support the timely submission of insurance contracts to customers;
• Inform customers in detail about the specifics of insurance offers and contract terms.

Candidate requirements:

• Incomplete higher education;
• Up to 1 year of work experience;
• Initiative and results-orientation;
• Ability to effectively present and sell insurance products;
• Ability to attract and persuade customers through communication;
• Ability to express thoughts accurately, concisely, and confidently;
• Accuracy and prompt reaction to emerging situations;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani language;
• Knowledge of Russian and English languages is an advantage.
