Working conditions:

• Workplace: Baku city, Binagadi district, Bilajary settlement, Binagadi highway 100 (production base)
• Working schedule: 6-day working week;
• Day off: Sunday;
• Salary: Competitive (will be determined based on interview, in accordance with the candidate's knowledge, experience, and professional competencies).

Job responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of the company's overall commercial strategy;
• Ensure the management of sales, marketing, and customer relations;
• Define sales targets, monitor their achievement, and evaluate results;
• Conduct market research, analyze the competitive environment, and identify new business opportunities;
• Develop and implement commercial initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and profitability;
• Formulate the commercial budget and ensure its effective management;
• Manage, develop, and evaluate the performance of sales teams;
• Conduct high-level negotiations with strategic clients, distributors, and business partners;
• Analyze sales, margin, market share, and other commercial indicators, and provide regular reports to management;
• Ensure the effective implementation of CRM and other commercial management systems;

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields;
• Excellent command of the Russian language;
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a managerial position in commerce, sales, or business development;
• Work experience in FMCG, food industry, or manufacturing sector is preferred;
• Strong skills in strategic planning and business development;
• Experience in analyzing financial indicators, sales reports, and commercial analytics;
