Vacancy: Cleaning Services Manager

Working conditions:

• Workplace: Baku city, Gənclik Mall Shopping Center;
• Salary: 1500 AZN;
• Work schedule: 6-day week;
• Official employment contract in accordance with the Labor Code of the AR.

Job responsibilities:

• Ensuring the planning, organization, and effective management of cleaning operations in the assigned area;
• Preparing daily and monthly cleaning schedules and monitoring their implementation;
• Ensuring that cleaning services are carried out in accordance with quality, hygiene, and occupational safety standards;
• Monitoring the correct, safe, and efficient use of cleaning equipment, inventory, and chemical agents;
• Organizing the distribution of duties among cleaning staff, regularly evaluating attendance and performance;
• Daily checking of the cleanliness of the territory and ensuring the prompt resolution of any identified discrepancies;
• Monitoring compliance with internal disciplinary rules;
• Organizing the efficient distribution of manpower and resources during events and special projects;
• Identifying potential risks in operational processes and taking measures to prevent them;
• Promptly resolving issues related to personnel and ensuring the continuity of the workflow;
• Controlling the correct and timely execution of hiring, termination, and other HR processes;
• Ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of other tasks assigned by management.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning services or operational management;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Experience in quality control, coordination of operations, and prompt problem-solving;
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills;
• Responsible, attentive, proactive, and stress-resistant;
• Ability to manage a team and work effectively within a team;
• Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
