Vacancy: Pawnshop Branch Manager

Working conditions:

• Company: Aktiv Finance MMC
• Location: Baku
• Salary: Starting from 1000 AZN + bonus based on sales plan fulfillment
• Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 
• Official employment contract in accordance with the Labor Code of the AR; 

Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing, and effectively managing the daily activities of the branch; 
• Ensuring the fulfillment of sales targets for the branch and actively participating in this process; 
• Coordinating the team's work, allocating tasks, and supporting employee development; 
• Ensuring a high level of customer service; 
• Monitoring the branch's operational processes and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. 

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education; 
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the pawnshop sector; 
• Practical experience in management and team leadership; 
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills; 
• High sense of responsibility and results-oriented approach.
