Retail Sales Manager

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: Monday – Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00;
• Salary: 1500 – 2500 AZN;
• Workplace: Binagadi Road 100;
• Provision of a corporate mobile number.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and ensure continuous development of the company's retail sales strategy;
• Plan, coordinate daily activities of the retail sales team, and monitor the achievement of high performance;
• Define sales targets, track KPI performance, and ensure the fulfillment of plans;
• Develop cooperation with existing points of sale, organize the attraction of new points of sale;
• Ensure effective management of sales territories, route planning, and optimal allocation of resources;
• Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, pricing policy, and market trends, and submit proposals to management;
• Monitor the correct placement of products at points of sale, stock levels, product visibility, and adherence to merchandising standards;
• Evaluate the performance of the sales team, motivate them, identify training needs, and support the professional development of employees;
• Monitor the implementation of the company's sales policy, internal procedures, and corporate standards at all points of sale.
• Candidate requirements
• Higher education;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position in retail sales, especially in the FMCG or food sector;
• Practical experience in sales strategy development and team management;
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills;
• High negotiation and customer relationship management skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office programs;
• Knowledge of Russian is mandatory;
• Result-oriented, responsible, and possessing high communication skills.
