Backhoe Loader Operator

BACKHOE LOADER OPERATOR

Karabakh Group MMC is looking for an experienced backhoe loader operator.

Working conditions:

• Salary: 1300 AZN + 200 AZN for food allowance;
• Work schedule: 6 days a week, 09:00–18:00;
• Accommodation is provided;
• Work location: Lerik.

Job responsibilities:

• Operate the backhoe loader safely and efficiently;
• Perform earthworks, digging channels, drainage, and other tasks on the construction site;
• Perform land leveling, loading, and material transportation;
• Carry out daily technical inspections of the machinery;
• Monitor fuel and technical fluid consumption;
• Return the machinery in a clean and sound condition after finishing work;
• Report identified malfunctions to the management;
• Follow labor protection and safety regulations.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operating backhoe loader/JCB equipment;
• Ability to perform backhoe loader functions at a professional level;
• Possession of a relevant machinery operation document or certificate;
• Ability to check the daily technical condition of the equipment and perform basic monitoring of main parts;
• Responsible, disciplined, and attentive;
• Ability to perform assigned tasks on time and with high quality.
