Experienced specialist is sought for the position of Chief Mechanic at a production facility.

WORKING CONDITIONS

•  Workplace: Hajigabul
•  Salary: 2,300 AZN gross
•  Bonus: 20%
•  Overtime pay: 2x salary
•  Service/transfer: Provided from the 20 January area
•  Lunch: Provided by the company

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

•  Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief Mechanic;
•  Over 30 years old;
•  Higher education;
•  Knowledge of Russian language;
•  Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
•  Gender is not specified.

THE CANDIDATE MUST KNOW

•  The main features of the production facility's operations and technological structure;
•  The fundamentals of production technology;
•  The principles of organizing and planning maintenance services;
•  The planned preventive maintenance system and the rules for efficient equipment operation;
•  The technical specifications, design, purpose, and operating modes of equipment;
•  Methods for installing, repairing, and modernizing equipment;
•  The rules for preparing technical documentation, equipment passports, defect lists, and spare parts drawings;
•  The procedures for accepting and handing over repaired equipment;
•  The basics of labor organization, production, and management;
•  The basics of environmental legislation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

•  To ensure the continuous, reliable, and technically correct operation of equipment;
•  To monitor the maintenance of equipment in working condition;
•  To organize inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance plans;
•  To supervise the execution of planned preventive maintenance schedules;
•  To ensure the technical readiness of production;
•  To coordinate plans and schedules for repair work with contracting organizations;
•  To participate in the preparation of lists for major equipment repairs;
•  To organize the accounting of equipment availability and movement;
•  To ensure the preparation of technical and report documentation;
•  To organize inter-repair technical maintenance of equipment;
•  To supervise the timely and high-quality execution of repair and modernization work;
•  To implement measures to increase the reliability and service life of equipment;
•  To monitor the technical condition of buildings and structures;
•  To supervise the efficient use of materials during repair work;
•  To develop measures to prevent unplanned equipment downtime.
