Job Description

 Call Center Specialist

Work Conditions:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish contact via phone with customers with overdue payments;
  • Conduct effective negotiations with customers to ensure payments are made;
  • Reach agreements for payment recovery and monitor the process;
  • Accurately record and update customer information in the system;
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports on work performed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in debt collection, overdue debt management, or Call Center field;
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills;
  • Ability to conduct professional negotiations in difficult situations and demonstrate a results-oriented approach;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Responsibility, attentiveness, and stress resistance.
