Call Center Specialist
Work Conditions:

Job Responsibilities:
- Establish contact via phone with customers with overdue payments;
- Conduct effective negotiations with customers to ensure payments are made;
- Reach agreements for payment recovery and monitor the process;
- Accurately record and update customer information in the system;
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on work performed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in debt collection, overdue debt management, or Call Center field;
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills;
- Ability to conduct professional negotiations in difficult situations and demonstrate a results-oriented approach;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
- Proficiency in MS Office applications;
- Responsibility, attentiveness, and stress resistance.
