The Azerbaijan Diplomacy Center (ADC) is announcing a selection for employees for the International Monitoring Working Group with the aim of monitoring international education, professional development, training, and certification programs implemented by the ADC, verifying participant data, and organizing quality assurance processes.

Selected candidates will participate in the organizational and administrative monitoring of international training programs, verification of participant registration data, coordination of documentation processes, and tracking of certification stages.

Working Conditions

• Workplace: Azerbaijan Diplomacy Center (ADC)
• Working Hours: To be discussed on-site during the interview.
• Duration of Activity: 1 month
• Monthly Service Fee: 800 AZN + bonus

Additional bonuses are calculated based on performance results, work quality, and established performance indicators.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting participant monitoring for international training and certification programs;
• Verification of participant registration data and submitted documents;
• Systematization of training program participation and attendance indicators;
• Preliminary assessment of compliance with established certification criteria;
• Establishing individual contact with participants via telephone and electronic communication means;
• Identifying non-conformities identified during monitoring and presenting them to the relevant structural units;
• Forming and updating databases for international training programs;
• Monitoring the accuracy of documents and completeness of information in the certification process;
• Analysis and systematization of monitoring results and preparation of reports;
• Promptly responding to participant inquiries;
• Preparing and submitting final monitoring reports to management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent, clear, and professional Azerbaijani language proficiency – mandatory;
• Correct diction, pleasant voice timbre, and high communication etiquette; Professional telephone communication skills;
• Knowledge of Russian – desirable;
• Ability to work with Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Skills in data collection, verification, and systematization;
• High analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Basic knowledge of documentation and administrative process management;
• Adherence to business correspondence and official communication rules;
• Responsibility, accuracy, promptness, and organizational skills;
• Ability to work in a team and complete tasks within established deadlines;
• Adherence to ethical principles when working with confidential and personal data; Stress resistance and operational decision-making skills.
