 SMM and Marketing Specialist 

An experienced specialist is sought to work with the marketing team in a company operating in the construction sector, responsible for managing social media accounts, organizing advertising campaigns, and preparing creative content.

Work Conditions

• Work Location: Baku city
• Salary: 1000-1200 AZN
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 10:00-18:00
• Benefits: Lunch, corporate number, and work uniform are provided by the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team;
• Managing and developing social media accounts;
• Preparing and executing a monthly content plan;
• Creating photo, video, and advertising content to promote construction projects.
• Planning and managing digital advertising campaigns;
• Coordinated execution of advertising and promotional projects with the marketing team; Analyzing the results of marketing activities and preparing reports;
• Increasing brand awareness and the number of potential customer inquiries.

Candidate Requirements:

• Work experience in SMM and digital marketing;
• Knowledge and practical skills in using digital advertising tools;
• Ability to prepare content and work with visual materials;
• Creative thinking and effective communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate work processes;
• Ability to follow and apply social media trends;
• Marketing experience in the construction and real estate sector is an advantage.
