About the Job:

The company is looking for a Sales Specialist to operate in the field of medical equipment sales. The role involves carrying out sales activities within the territory, developing relationships with existing clients, and attracting new customers.

Work Conditions:

Work Schedule:

• 5 days a week — 09:00–18:00, Saturday — 09:00–15:00;
• Salary: to be agreed upon during the interview, depending on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and practical experience.

Responsibilities:

• Present the company's products and services to potential and existing clients;
• Conduct active sales activities within the territory;
• Build professional and effective communication with clients;
• Provide comprehensive and detailed information about products and services;
• Answer client questions with substantiated reasoning;
• Provide information regarding product quality, composition, and other distinctive features;
• Identify potential clients and establish contact with them;
• Develop the existing client base and build long-term cooperation relationships with clients;
• Prepare proposals for attracting new clients and expanding the client base, and submit them to management;
• Participate in sales-related seminars and training sessions;
• Continuously develop sales knowledge and skills.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the sales of medical equipment;
• Good command of Azerbaijani and Russian languages is mandatory;
• Knowledge of English is desirable;
• High communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to effectively handle customer objections;
• Sales and results-oriented mindset;
• Be cheerful, communicative, and responsible;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Be open to learning and professional development.
