SALES REPRESENTATIVE – APARTMENT SALES

Experienced Sales Representative wanted for a company operating in the field of real estate / apartment sales.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: 6-day work week;
• Working hours: 10:00–18:00;
• Salary: 700 AZN NET + bonuses;
• Average monthly earnings with bonuses: 1200–1300 AZN;
• Lunch is provided by the company;
• Workplace: Shamakhi highway.

Job responsibilities:

• Provide clients with detailed information about available apartments and projects;
• Establish contact with potential clients and manage the sales process;
• Identify client needs and offer suitable apartment options;
• Organize apartment viewings and presentations;
• Conduct sales negotiations and accompany the client up to the contract stage;
• Work with existing and potential client base;
• Ensure sales plans are met.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience;
• Fluent Azerbaijani language skills;
• Knowledge of Russian language is required;
• Strong communication and sales skills;
• Ability to build proper relationships with clients and conduct negotiations;
• Results-oriented, responsible, and active;
• Female candidates are preferred.
