Production Manager

We invite candidates with professional experience in managing production processes, coordinating personnel, efficiently allocating resources, and ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of production projects to apply for the position of Production Manager.

Working conditions

• Workplace: Baku city, Kend Ahmedli
• Salary: 1500-2000 AZN
• Work schedule: 6 days a week (6/1)
• Work experience: 5 years in the relevant field

Job responsibilities:

• Ensure that production orders are executed in accordance with projects and technical drawings;
• Determine the scope of work and deadlines for projects, and participate in the planning of work stages;
• Ensure proper distribution of duties and time management among architects, craftsmen, welders, plasterers, and other employees;
• Monitor scheduled times for each project and work stage, prevent delays, and track compliance with the production schedule;
• Coordinate labor and resource distribution for parallel projects, set priorities, and ensure continuous production operations;
• Identify needs for raw materials, supplies, and equipment, and monitor warehouse stocks;
• Calculate material consumption, minimize waste, and control production costs;
• Ensure effective coordination between warehouse, procurement, design, and installation teams;
• Control the quality of finished products, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with technical requirements;
• Organize staff activities and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules;
• Prepare reports on production productivity and material consumption.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the relevant field;
• Skills in scheduling production processes, proper allocation of labor resources, and monitoring deadlines;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, monitoring work stages and time spent by employees on each project;
• Ability to identify and optimize labor and time resources for a project based on the scope of work;
• Knowledge of warehouse accounting, material flow, and inventory processes;
• Ability to work with production and warehouse software;
• Ability to work with tables, formulas, inventory accounting, and reports in MS Excel;
• Knowledge of ERP systems, 1C: ERP, and 1C: Warehouse is an advantage;
• Ability to read and check technical drawings in AutoCAD;
• Knowledge of production equipment, materials, and technological processes;
• Leadership, operational decision-making, planning, and problem-solving skills;
• High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and analytical thinking.

Additional information regarding salary:

The minimum amount of the stated salary range of 1500 AZN is intended for the probationary period. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the salary will be reconsidered based on the candidate's professional skills, performance, and job responsibilities.
