Lead Structural Engineer

Lead Structural Engineer (in the field of light metal structures and furniture production)

We invite candidates with knowledge and skills in the field of design, technical documentation, and coordination of production processes in the field of light metal structures and furniture manufacturing to apply for the position of Lead Structural Engineer.

Work Conditions:

• Work location: Baku city, Kend Ahmadli
• Salary: 1800-2500 AZN
• Work schedule: 6 days a week (6/1)
• Work experience: up to 3 years in the relevant field

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of architectural and structural designs, development of technical solutions.
• Taking preliminary measurements on-site and conducting technical analysis of the existing space.
• Determining work plans and deadlines for projects, monitoring and coordinating project execution from start to completion.
• Calculating material consumption for the project, preparing material reports, determining the required quantity of materials, and preliminary calculation of material/labor costs.
• Preparing working drawings, technical plans, sections, and detailed project documentation.
• Ensuring the compliance of furniture, metal structures, and other production elements with the project.
• Carrying out technical supervision during the production and installation phases of projects.
• Coordinating work with the project team and production staff.

Candidate Requirements:

• Up to 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Professional proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to work with SolidWorks, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or other visualization programs is an advantage.
• Ability to freely read and prepare technical drawings, structural diagrams, and working designs.
• Ability to work with measurements with high accuracy, perform technical calculations, and correctly apply scales.
• Knowledge of construction materials, furniture structures, and metal elements.
• Knowledge of technical documentation and project standards.
• High analytical thinking, attention to detail, and technical literacy.
