Vacancy: Procurement Specialist

Company: Faber Construction construction company

Working conditions:

• Workplace: Baku city, Narimanov district, Ziya Bunyadov Avenue, Chinar Park Business Center, Building 2;
• Work schedule: 5-day work week, 09:00–17:00; 6th day - short working hours;
• Salary: 1500–2000 AZN;
• Employment contract: Official employment contract.

Job responsibilities:

• To carry out the procurement of goods and services according to the company's needs;
• Research of suppliers and attraction of new suppliers;
• Collection of price offers and their comparative analysis;
• Negotiating with suppliers and obtaining favorable terms;
• Preparation of procurement orders and relevant documents;
• Monitoring timely delivery of orders and execution of the process;
• Control of procurement expenses;
• Building and maintaining business relationships with suppliers.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement and supply;
• Procurement experience in the construction sector is an advantage;
• Knowledge of the supplier market and products;
• Ability to negotiate and agree on prices;
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;
• Analytical thinking and organizational skills;
• Responsibility and promptness;
• Teamwork skills.
