Quality Control Manager

Xırman LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager.

Working Conditions

• Workplace: 100 Binəqədi Highway;
• Work Schedule: 6-day work week;
• Salary: To be determined based on interview;
• Lunch is provided by the company;

Job Responsibilities

• To define and oversee the implementation of the company's quality standards;
• To ensure that production and service processes comply with quality standards;
• To organize internal and external audits and analyze their results;
• To oversee the implementation of ISO and other international standards;
• To prepare analytical reports on quality indicators and submit them to management;
• To manage the work of the quality control department, conduct training for team members;
• To investigate customer complaints regarding products or services and provide solutions;
• To organize risk management and problem-solving processes;
• To develop action plans to prevent the provision of substandard products or services and proposals for improving the quality of work;
• To monitor compliance with sanitary and hygiene standards throughout the plant.

Candidate Requirements

• Higher education (in Food Engineering, Biotechnology, or a relevant field);
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control within the food sector;
• Knowledge and experience with international standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000;
• Knowledge of chemical and microbiological analysis of food products;
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent command of Azerbaijani and Russian languages, both spoken and written (English is an advantage);
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
