VACANCY | OPERATIONS MANAGER OF PREMIUM ECO-BOUTIQUE NETWORK

Qaymaq Premium is looking for a female candidate for the position of Operations Manager of Premium Eco-Boutique Network.

Working conditions:

• Salary: 2000–2500 AZN + KPI and bonuses;
• Additional bonus for successful opening of new branches;
• Transport and mobile communication expenses;
• Workplace: Binəqədi yolu 100.

Main job responsibilities:

• Operational management of 7 branches and setting sales targets;
• Leading the opening of new boutiques from scratch;
• Formation and management of new teams;
• Optimization of operating costs and product losses;
• Control over "Eco + Premium" standards and customer service;
• Control over Cold Chain, product quality, and sanitary standards;
• Selection, training, and motivation of employees;
• Analysis of financial indicators and sales results;
• Regular reporting to management.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education;
• 3–5 years of experience in management/Operations Manager positions in Retail, FMCG, HoReCa or eco-food sectors;
• Experience in opening new branches and team building;
• Knowledge of Fresh/Ultra-Fresh products and Cold Chain;
• Skills in budgeting, financial and margin analysis, cost optimization;
• Good knowledge of 1C, Excel, and CRM;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian; English is desirable;
• Leadership, analytical thinking, and results-orientation;
• Personal car is mandatory.
