FINANCIAL PLANNING SPECIALIST

Company:  Construction company

 Working conditions:

•  Workplace: Baku city;
•  Salary: 1000–1500 AZN;
•  Employment contract: Official;
•  Work schedule: 5-day work week, 09:00–17:00; 6th day is a shortened working day.

 Responsibilities:

•  Participate in the preparation of the company's financial plans and budget;
•  Plan and analyze revenues and expenses;
•  Prepare budget and financial forecasts;
•  Compare actual financial indicators with planned indicators and analyze deviations;
•  Prepare and analyze financial reports;
•  Monitor financial indicators for construction projects;
•  Provide reports to management on financial planning and the financial status of projects;
•  Monitor financial performance and identify risks.

Requirements:

•  Higher education in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
•  3–5 years of experience in financial planning and budgeting (experience in the construction industry is preferred);
•  High level of proficiency in MS Excel;
•  Knowledge of financial report preparation and analysis;
•  Strong analytical thinking and calculation skills;
•  Ability to work with numbers and attention to detail.
