📌 Working conditions:

• Work schedule: 6 days; working hours: 09:30-17:30;
• Salary: 2000 AZN+ (determined according to experience and knowledge level); 
• Work location: Ahmed Rajabli Street, Chinar Park Business Center.

📌 Responsibilities: 

• Management and coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and construction projects;
• Supervision of the preparation and execution of projects for HVAC, ventilation, electrical, plumbing, and related systems; 
• Verification and approval of project drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation; 
• Ensuring projects comply with technical norms and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, EN, etc.); 
• On-site supervision of installation and execution works in accordance with the project; 
• Technical coordination with architects, constructors, contractors, and clients;
• Team management, technical decision-making, and guidance of project processes; 
• Preparation and submission of technical reports to management.

📌 Candidate requirements:

• Higher education in construction, mechanical, electrical, or MEP fields;
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the relevant field;
• Practical knowledge and experience in MEP design and project management;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP software; 
• Knowledge of HVAC load calculations, electrical load, and engineering calculations;
• Ability to read and prepare technical drawings;
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; 
• Ability to work in a team, coordination, and organizational skills;
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
