• Work schedule: 6-day work week

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze transactions related to purchases from creditors;
• Analyze and track income and expenses (P&L);
• Prepare, analyze, and present profit and loss statements;
• Monitor the conformity of expenses with their intended purpose;
• Oversee the timely submission of tax declarations and other tax reports;
• Maintain accurate accounting of the company's financial activities in accordance with established rules;
• Ensure the correct reflection of all financial transactions in the accounts;
• Prepare and submit financial reports within specified deadlines;
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and submit them to management;
• Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and reports;
• Prepare and submit reports on cash flow;
• Analyze debtor and creditor balances, prepare relevant reports;
• Fulfill tasks assigned by management and adhere to the principle of confidentiality.

Requirements for the position

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, or Accounting;
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the finance field;
• Candidates aged 30-40 are preferred;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel;
• Possession of F3 and F7 certificates is an advantage;
• Knowledge of the Tax Code and accounting legislation;
• Up-to-date knowledge of the Tax Code, Civil Code, and Labor Code;
• Ability to use E-taxes, E-gov, E-sosial, and other electronic portals;
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to process large volumes of data;
• Knowledge of Russian and English languages is desirable.
