Position: Project Architect

Working conditions:

• 6-day work week (Saturday is a half-day);
• Workplace: Baku, 32/24 Huseynbala Aliyev Street;
• Salary will be determined based on the candidate's knowledge and experience.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Architecture (mandatory);
• At least 3 years of work experience in the relevant field;
• Knowledge of modern construction norms and regulations (based on AzDTN standards);
• Professional working proficiency in Archicad;
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and team-player skills;
• Submit a portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of technical assignments for subcontractors and providing them with necessary information for the execution of assigned work;
• Ensuring compliance of accepted design tasks with current regulatory documents for design and construction;
• Ensuring the connection of the architectural part of the project with other sections and the completeness of necessary technical documentation;
• Preparation of sketch and working projects;
• Preparation of master plans;
• Determining requirements for the designed object;
• Discussion and approval of the project with the chief architect or relevant persons;
• Direct participation in the drafting and preparation of the project package, consisting of architectural and engineering drawings;
• Defending projects in relevant state bodies;
• Ensuring author supervision for the construction of designed objects.
