Vacancy: Merchandiser

Working conditions:

• Work locations: Badamdar, Bayil, Neftchilar, Koroglu, Hezi Aslanov
• Work schedule: 6-day work week (Sunday is a day off);
• Salary: 400 AZN + bonus (total income 800–1000 AZN).

Job responsibilities:

• Ensuring the placement and correct presentation of company products at points of sale in accordance with corporate standards;
• Monitoring the neat, attractive, and visually standard arrangement of products in showcases and refrigerators;
• Regular checking of product stock at points of sale and ensuring timely order placement;
• Controlling shelf prices and eliminating discrepancies;
• Monitoring product quality, packaging, and expiration dates;
• Participation in the organization of promotional and presentation campaigns;
• Preparing daily activity reports and submitting them to the direct supervisor.

Candidate requirements:

• Gender: Female;
• Age: 20–35;
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a merchandiser or in a similar field;
• Fluent communication and presentation skills;
• Being responsible, disciplined, and results-oriented;
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
