Logistics Specialist

STS Transport LLC is a company operating in the field of international cargo transportation and logistics. We are looking for a responsible, attentive, and development-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team.

Working conditions:

Workplace: Khatai district;

Work schedule: 5 days a week | 09:00 – 18:00;

Salary: 550 – 700 AZN;

Friendly and professional work environment.

Key responsibilities:

Performing daily operations and tracking orders for international cargo transportation;

Preparing and properly formalizing documents related to the transportation process;

Conducting correspondence with local and foreign partners and promptly responding to incoming emails;

Monitoring all stages of the transportation process and ensuring relevant reporting;

Participating in entering data related to logistics operations into the system and managing document circulation;

Timely and high-quality execution of other tasks assigned by management.

Candidate requirements:

Higher or secondary specialized education;

Fluent in Azerbaijani, B1 level in English and Russian languages;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word;

Ability to work with numbers and analytical thinking;

Strong communication, organizational, and correspondence skills;

Responsible, attentive, and able to work promptly;

Experience in the logistics field is an advantage.
