Lead Technician (CCTV, Alarm, and Low-Voltage Systems)

Working conditions:

• Workplace: Baku city;
• 6-day work week;
• Salary: 900-1100 AZN (determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience).

Job responsibilities:

• Supervising and executing cable laying, installation, setup, and programming of video surveillance systems (CCTV - IP/Analog);
• Installation of fire and security alarm systems, access control systems, connecting and configuring sensors, sirens, and central panels;
• Laying of network (UTP, FTP, Fiber Optic) and power lines, performing fiber optic cable splicing and testing;
• Monitoring the quality of installation of cable channels, conduits, and metal structures to ensure compliance with the project;
• Physical installation, IP addressing, and configuration of NVRs, DVRs, switches, PoE switches, access points, and other network equipment;
• Conducting final system testing, immediate diagnostics, and troubleshooting of complex technical malfunctions;
• Ensuring strict adherence to project and assembly diagrams, proposing technical corrections to schemes when necessary;
• Distributing tasks among junior technicians and technicians working on-site, providing supervisory guidance;
• Providing regular reports to the technical manager on completed works, project progress, and final test results.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of work experience in the installation and configuration of cameras, alarms, and low-voltage systems;
• Ability to work independently with IP equipment and software of various brands (Hikvision, Dahua, Honeywell, etc.);
• Practical knowledge of network systems (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, Router/Switch settings);
• Ability to freely read and analyze projects, drawings, and assembly diagrams;
• Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.
