Product Manager (Cosmetics)

Working Conditions:

• Working schedule: Monday - Friday;
• Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00;
• Salary: 2000 - 2700 AZN (gross) + performance-based bonus system;
• Formal employment according to the Labor Code;

Responsibilities:

• Research of the local market and identification of new cosmetic brands;
• Research of international cosmetic manufacturers and brand owners, evaluation of potential cooperation opportunities;
• Conducting negotiations and establishing business relationships for bringing new brands into the Azerbaijan market;
• Organizing correspondence and meetings with foreign partners;
• Preparing proposals for expanding the brand portfolio;
• Analyzing market trends, competitors, and consumer demand;
• Coordinating the process of launching new products and brands into the market;
• Participating in the organization of import, certification, and other documentation processes;
• Agreeing commercial terms with suppliers and participating in contract preparation;
• Close cooperation with sales and marketing teams to support the development of product promotion strategies in the market;
• Preparing and submitting regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetics, purchasing, or product management;
• Fluency in Russian or English (written and spoken) - mandatory;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Analytical thinking and market research skills;
• Negotiation and business relationship building skills;
• Responsibility, initiative, and results-oriented approach.
