B2B / CORPORATE SALES MANAGER

B2B SALES LEAD

• A professional candidate with strong experience in B2B sales and proven sales results is being sought.
• Salary: 1,500–2,000 AZN
• Age range: 25–36
• The salary will be determined in accordance with the candidate's experience and professional skills.

Key requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in B2B sales — mandatory
• Team management experience as a sales manager/lead — mandatory
• Fluent Russian, English minimum B2 level
• Experience working and collaborating with government agencies
• Ability to effectively manage sales processes through CRM
• Proven sales portfolio and concrete sales results
• Strong negotiation, new customer acquisition, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to manage, motivate, and direct a team toward sales targets
• Independent decision-making, leadership, and a result-oriented approach
• Experience in exhibitions, events, MICE, and other B2B projects is an advantage
