📌 Requirements:

• Male candidates with higher legal education (master's degree is an advantage);
• 5 years of work experience in corporate law;
• Knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Civil, Civil Procedure, Administrative Procedure, Labor, Code of Administrative Offenses, normative legal acts, Law on Enforcement, Labor Legislation and International Legislation;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Legal rhetoric and professional correspondence skills;
• Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian – high level, English – desirable;
• Ability to use E-taxes.gov.az, e-mehkeme.gov.az, e-qanun.az portals;
• Proficiency in office programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Knowledge of the rules for systematization, maintenance, and accounting of legal documents.

📌 Responsibilities:

• On-site investigation of legal problems existing in all structural divisions of the company and participation in instructing employees;
• Providing legal advice on current civil, labor, tax, administrative legislation and other areas of legislation;
• Representing the legal interests of the company in courts, government bodies and private institutions, as well as conducting court cases and processes for the execution of court decisions;
• Participation in the preparation of internal corporate acts, orders, instructions, procedural rules, regulations and their legal examination;
• Responding to letters, applications and complaints on legal issues in due course and within the established timeframe;
• Legal examination of all transactions concluded on behalf of the enterprise, confirmation by signature of contracts that comply with the law and the interests of the enterprise, or providing a written opinion on them, as well as providing the management with a written opinion with an explanation of the reasons for preventing the application of transactions contrary to the law, as well as the interests of the enterprise;
• Participation in resolving legal issues arising in the activities of the enterprise.

📌 Working conditions:

• Registration in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
• 6-day work schedule (shortened Saturday);
• Salary: 1500 AZN;
• Workplace: Narimanov district, Ahmad Rajabli.
