VACANCY | BRAND MANAGER

Working conditions:

•  Salary: 2000-2500 AZN

Main responsibilities:

•  Lead the development and execution of the company's long-term marketing and brand strategy
•  Formulate a premium brand strategy and develop the consumer experience
•  Conduct market research, consumer behavior analysis, and competitor analysis for the milk and dairy products category
•  Develop and implement the strategy for the company's product categories
•  Manage the development of the product portfolio, design of new products, market launch, and positioning processes
•  Prepare and manage the marketing budget
•  Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the achievement of sales targets
•  Develop and manage initiatives aimed at increasing customer loyalty
•  Regularly analyze brand indicators and market dynamics, providing reports to management
•  Identify new sales and promotion opportunities to increase market share
•  Organize, develop, and evaluate the performance of the sales team

Requirements:

•  Higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
•  Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in the food or dairy products industry
•  Experience in successful brand management and product marketing projects
•  Practical knowledge in developing and implementing marketing strategies
•  Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
•  Leadership, team management, and effective communication skills
•  Excellent command of Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English proficiency is an advantage
•  High level of proficiency in MS Office programs
•  Female candidate
